Like most other sports, Junior cricket fixtures are played at home and away venues.
Due to the large number of Junior teams at AECC we have two home grounds.

Home Ground 1 – AECC Moss Lane

This is the AECC club as you know it. Wherever possible we will try to schedule fixtures at Moss Lane but it is not always possible to do so, in which case our other home ground is used.

DIRECTIONS:

(From North : From A34 take the B5359 towards Alderley Edge. At Alderley Edge village continue over the railway bridge, first left into Heyes Lane, first right into Trafford Road, second left into Moss lane, and ground is 200 yards on the right.

From South: From A34 take signs to Wilmslow via A34 and continue along A34 on Melrose Way. At roundabout take 3rd exit and continue onto B3539 towards Alderley Edge continue as above.)

Home Ground 2 – AECC Chelford

Our second home ground is at Chelford. Chelford is a picturesque “self-contained” ground and has plenty of on-site parking.

Directions:

The ground is on the left 50 metres down Peover Lane (the minor road alongside the Post Office) from Chelford roundabout, where the A537 Knutsford-Macclesfield road meets the A535 Holmes Chapel-Alderley Edge road. Turn into the ground and park on the right.

Postcode: SK11 9AJ (Note that the ground is earlier along Peover Lane than Satnavs will tell you….in other words, if you're driving from the Alderley end of the lane, you'll go past the ground unless you're careful.

AWAY Fixtures

The team manager will notify you if the fixture is being played away and will provide you with all the relevant address details and start times. Please ensure that you get your child to ground at the REQUESTED time and not the time the game is due to start.
